\ncampus drinking as either “heavy of none”. when the heavy leads to

\nsuggest, i’ll choose none every time. at least more people seem to be with me.
\nwhile the rate of binge drinkers has remained steady over the last 10 years,
\nthe article indicates that the rate of abstainers has risen slightly. i’m
\nstill of the oppinion that if one person in a group can’t drink responsibly,
