\u00bd c. margarine, melt in pan
\nadd \u00bd c. flour, stir (sometimes requires a little more flour to be thick enough, mix flour with water first into a paste and then add)
\nadd 3 \u00bd c. warm water, mix
\n1 \u00bd tsp. garlic powder
\n1 \u00bd tsp. salt
\n2 tbsp. soy sauce
\ntouch of tumeric
\ncook and stir until thick
\nadd 1 c. nut yeast and \u00bc c. oil
\nmix with 3 \u00bd c. pasta and put
\nin casserole dish.
\nsave a little cheese sauce
\nto spread on top.
\nSprinkle with paprika
\nCook 15 minutes at 350 degrees <\/p>\n
good mixed with broccoli or
\nPeas or some green veggie, add
