If Schools Don’t Value Intellect, Who Will?
My mom pointed me to an interesting article from The American School Board Journal of January 2001. It discusses anti-intellectualism in American education. As anyone who has read these pages can probably discern, I think that anti-intellectualism is an enormous problem, not only in elementary and high schools, but even at universities as well.
