@geoff.hing Let’s go to a Tucson City Council study session to hear about a pilot police program that will make a list of people with frequent arrests for misdemeanor offenses often associated with homelessness. Police say they will visit two people from this list every week and try to connect them with housing or mental health and substance use programs.
